The room was light filled, moreover stylish with an open patio. We were very satisfied with the really helpful and supremely helpful staff.

Check-in was quick. the location near the zoo was stunning. - the hotel was unique. - Truly enjoyed our light-filled and large room with a secluded private attached patio. - the elegant-style building added to the ambiance. - the room had a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobes available.

Excellent and very very good breakfasts, and incredibly welcoming staff.

Tasty drinks and coffee, tea and pastries. Unique and big rooms and feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Location close enough to the Barrio Bellavista at the foot of Cerro San Cristóbal and one of the largest urban parks in Santiago as well as the Santiago Zoo and Bellavista restaurants. Nearby Dominica Pizza - great place to chill out.

The value for the money was exceptional - a unique and lovely room with an affordable mini bar and complimentary bottled water. The location was perfect, quieter but within easy walking distance to attractions and the lively Bellavista neighborhood. The staff were exceptional, helpful, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations for local eateries and things to do.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

From the reception to the bar, breakfast waiters to the cleaners, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near San Cristobal Park and Patio Bellavista, offering great options for walks and dining. We can't wait to visit again!

We recently visited a hotel in Santiago on a city break and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, we were impressed with the complimentary breakfast which had a great choice of food and beverages. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a great perk that allowed us to stay connected with friends and family back home. The hotel is also located in a fantastic spot near some top tourist attractions which made it easy for us to explore the city.

Despite the disruption, the hotel did not offer any soundproofing in the rooms which made the lack of sleep unbearable. We stayed here during the week and music continued until after 4 am, making it one of the worst night's sleep we've ever had.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, right at the foot of the stunning Cerro San Cristobal. It was so convenient to visit the Immaculate Conception Sanctuary on top of the mountain. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area, as well as beautiful parks to explore. The room was lovely with a nice balcony overlooking a charming courtyard. The staff was fantastic and always went above and beyond to assist me with any needs. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. a fantastic experience!

The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy in the evenings due to the hotel's proximity to the bar and club district.

The location at the base of San Cristobàl was absolutely stunning. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of natural light coming in from the large windows. The advice and recommendations from the staff, especially Belèn, were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend Aubrey Boutique for a truly exceptional stay in Santiago.

The staff were incredibly helpful and cheery. The hotel itself was beautiful. Great location in Bellavista. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Lovely afternoon tea and cake available. Superb conversion of an old residence. Well-informed and engaging staff. Feels like a home from home.
